Once we receive your submission:

  • A consultant will initially assess your query and respond with an estimated time-frame on the same business day of your submission (if submitted before 15:00 NZ time).
  • For more complex queries, we will contact you to seek any further information required in the investigation.
  • We will endeavor to resolve your query within the time frame provided, in accordance with our Service Level Agreements.
